My Fertility Doula Package is 4-Fold.

It all starts with Fertility Education from a certified instructor. Fertility Doula clients will receive a discount for my online Fertility Class and will work through the material on their own time. From there, we can dive into a much more personalized style of education where we will talk in-depth about what’s happening in your unique body throughout each cycle. We’ll meet virtually once a month to discuss your latest cycle chart, assess whether or not your interventions seem to be improving things, and talk deeper about hormones that may be at play. My hope is that you truly become the expert of your own body through our time together.

Navigating your reproductive health goes way beyond the physical. Your body functions as a whole. Therefore your emotions, your spirit, your thoughts, your relationships, and your experiences can all affect and be affected by your fertility.
In our time together we’ll discuss all of these things because while I would love to see your fertility restored, I want more than just healthy cycles for you. My desire is to help you pursue wholeness in every area.
And, as someone who believes in God as the Creator and guide of our lives, I know how complicated our perception of Him can become when we’re faced with fertility struggles. I hope to spend lots of time in prayer for you, talking through God’s desire for your life, and watching Him bring healing, because that’s who I believe Him to be.

Whether you’ve been on this journey for a few months or several years, there are likely still so many options out there. And just because you may have been told by a doctor that “your hormones are perfectly fine” or “you have unexplained infertility,” it’s SO important to know that it’s not the end of the road for you.
A huge part of what I do as a fertility doula is open your eyes to the world of possibilities in fertility care. I may arm you with a brand new set of questions or tests to ask for at your next doctor appointment. Or I may point you in the direction of a new provider with unique training. Or we might even talk through entirely different approaches to fertility such as Eastern Medicine, Functional Medicine, or Herbal Medicine.
More than anything, I hope to fuel you with abundant hope and options and guide you as you navigate your own unique path.

Lastly, while I am not a practitioner or medical provider in any way, I do hope to give some basic lifestyle guidance as you optimize your reproductive health.
We’ll talk through nutrition and how to create a fitness routine that is manageable, enjoyable, and actually helpful.
We’ll also discuss your sleep habits and your stress management because all of these things are so vital in empowering your body to function the way it was created to and they simply cannot go unaddressed.
