Evidence-Based Education
As a certified fertility educator and birth doula, providing scientifically accurate information is important to me. But there are so many different evidenced-based approaches to your health. We’ll be sure to cover all of your options so you that you can pick the best path forward for yourself.
And Jesus-Centered Holistic Doula Support
Though we’re united in our quest for optimal reproductive health, I couldn’t fully do this without paying attention to your whole person. There’s never any pressure to take in all that I teach and you don’t have to be a Christian to join in, but in this community, we’ll be attuning to your mental, relational, and spiritual health.

I’m Kami Schwartz, a Certified Birth Doula and Fertility Educator. It is my biggest passion to walk alongside women as they navigate their reproductive health from Puberty to Pregnancy to Perimenopause.

Every other week we’ll release a full-group lesson on ways to optimize your period, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum. My goal is to help you appreciate the wisdom of your body, know how to support it through ovulation and childbearing, and empower you with practical action steps to walk it all out.
Bible Studies
What does Jesus have to do with our periods, fertility, and births? Turns out, a whole lot! On the alternating week we’ll discover what the Bible has to say about women’s health, healing, motherhood, marriage, and sex. This gives us the opportunity to look at everything we cover from a spiritual perspective as well.

Trying To Conceive Support Group

Whether you’ve been TTC for months or years or you’ve experienced pregnancy loss, it can weigh on you emotionally and spiritually. Set aside an hour or two each month to hear from Kami on navigating this phase, ask all your questions, and to talk, bond with, and pray over other members.

The year before and after having a baby can be incredibly difficult, precious, and transformational. Walk through it with a group of like-minded friends. Set aside an hour or two each month to hear from Kami on managing this stage, ask all your questions, and to talk, encourage, and pray with the other members.

Once a month our weekday evening session will be open to the entire group for questions, community, support, discussion, prayer, and the occasional game or holiday party. You’ll get to know women from various life stages and learn from others as we navigate reproductive, spiritual, and relational health together.
And the first TEN new members get a 90 minute intensive One-On-One Session with Kami to dive deep into your individualized goals and your physical, mental, relational and spiritual health.

The Details
This 16 week Program will run from February through May 2025 with a Spring Break week off right smack in the middle. Our weekly teachings will be released on Thursdays each week and our support groups and Q&A sessions will be held virtually on Mondays at 8:30 pm EST. Weekly teachings will be available to everyone in the group through June 2025.
Even if you cannot attend the live meetings, you can submit all of your questions and ovulation charts in the community boards. My goal in The Kamdoula Collective is to work closely with you throughout our time together.

I understand we’re dealing with intimate details of our lives and not everyone is comfortable sharing these things. There will always be an option to submit your questions and charts anonymously.

The live sessions will typically be held on Mondays at 8 pm EST UNLESS of course the doula is at a birth (it happens). I will do my best to keep everyone updated. Due to the intimate nature of our live support groups, replays will NOT be available.

Of course not! Though I LOVE diving in to the spiritual lives of my clients, I consider that an added bonus to what is offered here. I am committed to supporting women in their reproductive health, no matter their faith.

YES! As a birth doula myself, most of what I offer for pregnancy support in this Collective is beyond what I typically offer to my birth doula clients.

As someone who has grown up in the Christian evangelical church, I have done my fair-share of deconstruction and rebuilding of my faith. In the Collective, I support women of various traditions and backgrounds, believing that God may call women to both the work force and to motherhood as their passions and gifting may lead. I intercede for emotionally healthy, Jesus-centered families and advocate for egalitarian, mutually submissive, mutually respectful, and deeply loving marriages.
