A mom of 4 daughters myself, I love that I get to pour into other Mother-Daughter relationships as I continually invest in my own.
As a Certified Fertility Educator, Teen Educator, and Birth Doula, I’m committed to serving women with evidence-based education and Jesus-centered support from puberty, to pregnancy, to perimenopause.

No. This class is focused on periods, hormones, and the puberty process only. We do cover female anatomy, but only as it pertains to reproductive health.
