Snacks are always a part of the experience.
Taught in home, these classes are cozy and intimate and I spend time talking through the psychosocial and spiritual components of pregnancy, birth, and becoming a parent.
This includes:
Fostering communication with your team
Managing fears about childbearing
Preparing your home and marriage to welcome a child
And an invitation to privately process childhood abuse or trauma as it relates to your upcoming birth.
